As the newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and representation to a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling a wide variety of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
• Conducting due diligence and preparing legal documentation.
• Negotiating and drafting contracts, agreements, and leases.
• Advising clients on property-related legal issues and offering strategic solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial property law.
• Proven expertise in handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of property law, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations
