Job Title: Electronics Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Home/Field based -Must be flexible with travel
Salary: £37,300 - £40,000 (depending on qualifications) + company car + more!
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Criteria (for all candidates):
*Must hold solid occupational experience within Electronics.
*Hold a relevant qualification within the Electronics sector at Level 3, or above.
*Full, clean UK driving licence.
*Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
*Assess and mentor learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications within Electronic Engineering.
*Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
*Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
*Support, advise and motivate learners.
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
*Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
Personal Skills:
*Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
*Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
*Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
*Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
