*Primary Mainstream School
*£85-£100 (Depending on Experience)
*Cheltenham
*Full-Time 8:30am-3:30pm
*Term-Time only
*Enhanced DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)
Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:
*Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated
*Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
*Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies
*Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience
*Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour
