The Role
As Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful launch and ongoing performance of the Walsall office, including:
*Leading the setup and launch of a brand-new branch
*Winning new instructions and building a strong local market presence
*Recruiting, managing and motivating a high-performing sales team
*Driving performance across listings, conversions and sales progression
*Delivering exceptional customer service and brand standards
*Developing long-term relationships within the local community
*Working closely with Directors to implement growth strategies
The Ideal Candidate
*Proven experience as a Branch Manager / Senior Branch Manager
*Strong listing, valuation and negotiation track record
*Confident people-manager who leads from the front
*Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a business
*Highly professional, organised and commercially astute
