Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Location: South London (various inclusive primary schools)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in South London. You will be working 1:1 with pupils with autism and ADHD, supporting communication, emotional regulation and classroom engagement.
The Role:
*Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with ASD/ADHD
*Assist with structured and play-based learning
*Use strategies such as PECs/Makaton (advantageous)
*Work closely with class teachers and SENDCo
*Promote positive behaviour and inclusion
You Will Need:
*Previous primary school SEN experience
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A genuine passion for supporting children
