Experienced Property Manager –Nottingham OfficesHours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per annum (DOE)
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly practical Property Manager to join our team and support our group of Nottingham offices. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the lettings and property management process but also has strong, hands-on knowledge of routine property maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have gained this expertise through years of property ownership, hands-on repairs, or a genuine passion for DIY, enabling them to confidently diagnose issues, liaise with contractors, and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of residential properties across multiple Nottingham locations
*Overseeing routine and reactive maintenance, including diagnosing common issues and advising on appropriate solutions
*Coordinating contractors, obtaining quotes, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
*Conducting regular property inspections and producing clear, detailed reports
*Handling tenant enquiries and providing excellent customer service
*Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, safety standards, and company procedures
*Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Skills & Experience*Significant experience in property management within the residential lettings sector
*Strong practical understanding of property maintenance, ideally gained through personal property ownership or extensive DIY experience
*Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess maintenance issues confidently
*Strong communication and organisational abilities
*Ability to work independently across multiple office locations
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
