THE ROLE:
The role involves managing a full caseload of up to 120 files, including a range of complex transactions. The successful candidate will review title reports and sign off on files prepared by other fee earners, while providing expert advice and representation to clients across all matters. They will be expected to handle higher complexity cases with confidence, adhere strictly to the firm’s file and case management procedures and consistently meet annual billing and performance targets. Delivering a high standard of client care is essential, alongside maintaining up to date knowledge of compliance requirements and ensuring all work meets regulatory and firm-wide standards.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and be admitted or eligible for admission to the roll of solicitors. They will have proven experience managing a high volume residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by a strong working knowledge of residential property law and the Land Registry Portal. Excellent organisational, communication and client care skills are essential, as is the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. The candidate will demonstrate an honest, flexible and forward thinking approach to their work while successfully managing a busy caseload.
