Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals and seeing your results in print and digital media? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and respected business with a strong brand presence and a supportive, high energy culture.
Based in the Maidstone office with free on site parking, this role offers a mix of account management and new business development. You will work closely with existing clients while identifying and converting new opportunities, using a structured sales process and CRM system to maximise revenue and long term partnerships.
The Role
*Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective B2B clients
*Develop strong working relationships and convert leads into advertising sales
*Make approximately 30 to 50 outbound sales calls and emails per day
*Maintain accurate CRM records, spreadsheets and flatplans
*Communicate regularly with editorial, production and internal teams
*Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote the brand and build new connections
*Work towards clear sales targets and performance expectations

Essential:
*Proven experience in a sales or customer development role
*Full UK driving licence
*Professional attitude and appearance
*Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to follow a proven sales process and meet deadlines
Desirable:
*Experience in B2B media or advertising sales
*Confidence handling customer concerns and objections
*Strong negotiation skills
