*Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
*Assist with the exchange and completion processes of residential conveyancing matters.
*Provide general administrative support to the property department, helping to maintain efficient operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
*Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process.
