Area Sales Manager - Building Products
Job Title: Technical Sales Manager - Building Products, Waterproofing & Concrete Repair

Area to be covered: North West & North Wales
Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + £11,000 - £15,000 bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed BMW 3 series hybrid car & full benefits
The role of the Technical Sales Manager - Waterproofing & Building Products, Waterproofing & Concrete Repair
*Field sales position selling a high quality range of building products, waterproofing & concrete repair products
*80% of your time will be spent selling to builders merchants
*The remaining 20% selling to contractors
*Revenue responsibility for circa £1.8m
*Project sizes with vary depending on size and scope
*Give sound technical advice to customers
The ideal applicant will be an Technical Sales Manager - Building Products, Waterproofing & Concrete Repair
*Must have sold to builders merchants
*Open in terms of what building products you’ve sold
*Must have contacts within builder merchants
*IT literate
