£90 per day | Immediate Start | Monday to Friday

The Role
We are recruiting a degree-qualified Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Ealing. This is a full-time, long-term position, ideal for a graduate looking to gain valuable experience supporting pupils aged 11-16 (or 11-18) in a secondary school setting.
You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students academically, socially, and behaviourally, both in class and through targeted interventions.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting students in KS3 and KS4 classrooms
*Providing 1:1 and small group support across core subjects
*Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
*Supporting pupils with SEN, EAL, or behavioural needs
*Helping students stay focused, engaged, and on task
*Supporting behaviour management in line with school policies
*Preparing learning materials and resources
*Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
*Supervising students during transitions, break, or lunch when required
Essential Requirements
*Degree educated (mandatory)
*A strong interest in secondary education
*Confident, calm, and professional manner
*Ability to manage behaviour and build rapport with teenagers
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Previous experience in a secondary school, youth work, tutoring, or mentoring is advantageous but not essential.
