Learning Support Assistant - KS1 (4 Days per Week)
Location: Camden (Archway)
Start Date: End of January
Days: Monday to Thursday
Tradewind Education is working with a lovely, creative two-form entry primary school in Camden that is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
This is a school-based role working across Key Stage 1, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, primarily ASD and ADHD. The school has a strong ethos, a nurturing environment, and is proudly part of the Forest School programme, offering a creative and child-centred approach to learning.
The Role: * Supporting children with additional learning needs across KS1
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Working closely with class teachers and the SENCo
* Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Helping children engage positively with learning
The Ideal Candidate: * Has UK primary school experience
* Has experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD and/or ADHD
* Is patient, proactive, and passionate about inclusive education
* Enjoys working in a creative, supportive school environment
