Job Description:
Facilities Management Assistant, Central London, Permanent, £35,000 + benefits
A well-established Property Management firm in Central London is seeking a professional and organised FM Assistant / Receptionist to support a busy office environment.
Key duties include:
*Front-of-house reception, meet & greet and switchboard management
*Diary management and arranging meetings for Directors (in person, Zoom, Teams)
*Booking meeting rooms, organising lunches and refreshments
*Preparing agendas and documentation for Directors’ and Board meetings
*Producing confidential documents, correspondence and presentations
*Arranging travel and managing day-to-day office administration
*Supporting Facilities Management: raising POs, logging CAFM jobs, H&S oversight
*Issuing and logging contractor keys
*Ordering stationery, promotional items and managing post/couriers
*Maintaining electronic filing and training records
About you:
*Previous experience in a Facilities / Receptionist/Secretarial or PA-style role
*Professional, welcoming and highly organised with strong communication skills
*Confident handling confidential information
*Facilities Management administration experience desirable but not essential
