Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical)

We are working with a leading landscaping and materials business in Mountsorrel who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical) to join their 3-shift operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for an experienced electrical engineer looking for a varied and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical equipment and machinery
*Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults to minimise production downtime
*Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase reliability and efficiency
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times
*Maintain accurate maintenance records and support shift handovers
Candidate Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment
*Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery
*Ability to work across all 3 shifts, flexible and reliable
*Experience of fault finding and preventative maintenance programmes
*Health & Safety aware with a proactive approach to safe working practices
