Finance Director/ VP of Finance
Biotechnology | London (Hybrid)
Join a fast-growing, international biotechnology company. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the financial future of a dynamic and growing entity.
We’re seeking a strategically minded Vice President of Finance/Finance Director to partner with the CFO and lead day-to-day financial operations across the UK, US, and Europe. You’ll build scalable financial systems, strengthen controls, drive operational efficiency, and play a key role in preparing the business for future growth.
We are looking for a qualified accountant (Big 4 background preferred) with strong international finance experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities would include:
*International consolidation and US GAAP reconciliation
*UK R&D tax credits, tax and treasury operations
*Finance systems implementation (ideally NetSuite)
*Process improvement and financial planning
Experience in biotech or life sciences and exposure to IPO or investor reporting would be a real advantage. Above all, you’re a collaborative, hands-on finance leader who thrives in a global, entrepreneurial setting.
