SEN Teaching Assistant Bury Primary School
Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs?
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the classroom?
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a supportive and inclusive primary school in Bury for a SEN Teaching Assistant.
The Role: * Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
* Supporting children with EHCPs and individual learning plans
* Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Helping pupils access the curriculum in a positive way
Ideal Candidate: * Experience supporting SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH or similar)
* A caring, resilient, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication skills
* A genuine commitment to supporting children’s progress
* Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

* Ongoing guidance from an experienced consultant
