Business Change Manager
*Duration; 12 months
*Location; Reading 2/3x weekly
*Rate; £550 (via umbrella)
Sanderson are currently supporting a leading Utilities provider to identify a seasoned Business Change Manager to join one of the most significant programmes in the UK energy market - Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlements (MHHS).
What you’ll do
*Support the delivery of MHHS across an established programme, coordinating change plans end-to-end.
*Lead and contribute to work streams covering customer communications, employee engagement, process mapping and migration readiness.
*Partner with Project Managers to ensure change activities are correctly scoped, sequenced, and embedded in operations for sustainable adoption.
*Collaborate closely with business SMEs and IT delivery in a cross-functional setup.
*Align change activities to deliver measurable benefits and hit key performance indicators.
Experience Required
*Ability to translate complex market and business processes into clear, deliverable plans against an evolving roadmap.
*Proven experience operating as a Business Change professional in medium-to-large organisations.
*Experience of digital enablement and data-driven change-including how AI can be leveraged to accelerate adoption.
