Our client, an incredibly successful Fashion brand whom have grown to £7m+ t/o in the 12 years they have been established, are actively seeking the perfect candidate to set up their Wholesale operation. Working on a very loose hybrid basis (one day a week in the Bristol office with the remainder working from home/meeting with potential clients), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client are in the midst of launching their third store and are looking to expand internationally - in order to do so, they require the perfect candidate to set up and scale their Wholesale business. An exciting opportunity to really set your own stamp on a fast-growing business, this is an amazing career move for the right candidate! In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the growth of the company’s Wholesale channel - identifying new wholesale accounts across key markets
- Owning the development of new wholesale to drive sustainable, profitable revenue
- Building strong relationships with Retailers, Distributors and strategic partners
- Identifying new market opportunities to ensure the brand is positioned and represented consistently across all wholesale touchpoints
- Building a strong pipeline of prospective partners and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Leading negotiations on pricing, margins, MOQs, terms, and contracts
- Acting as the primary point of contact for wholesale partners
- Monitoring account performance, sell-through, and re-order opportunities
- Collaborating with Product, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams on range planning and seasonal collections
- Working closely with Marketing to deliver wholesale-specific assets and launch plans

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Proven experience in wholesale, business development, or B2B sales (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred)
- ’Black book’ of contacts within the Wholesale market
- Strong track record of winning and growing wholesale accounts
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute with strong understanding of margins and pricing
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

Although not essential, any candidates with international wholesale experience/contacts are strongly encouraged to apply.
