Job Description:
Qualified Nursery Practitioner
Location: Pendlebury, Manchester
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay & Hours Rate: Up to £12.80 per hour (dependent on age/experience).
Options: 35 hours (4 days) or 41.25 hours (5 days) per week.
Key Requirements
Qualification: Level 3 Childcare (A-Level equivalent) is required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a nursery/childcare setting.
Skills: Experience as a Key Worker, strong communication skills, and a passion for
play-based learning.
Core Responsibilities
Role modeling the nursery’s ethos in an open-plan environment.
Building strong professional relationships with parents and children.
Maintaining flexibility within the team to support child development.
