Academics is currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly, inclusive primary school in Walsall that is seeking dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with hearing impairment.
This is a long-term, full-time position within a mainstream setting that places inclusion, accessibility and pupil wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be working closely with an experienced SEN team in a school that genuinely values specialist support.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include: * Providing 1:1 BSL support to help the pupil access lessons and communicate confidently

* Supporting learning in partnership with the class teacher and SENCO

* Helping the pupil develop independence, self-esteem and engagement

* Creating an inclusive, accessible and encouraging classroom experience

We’re Keen to Hear From BSL Teaching Assistant Candidates Who: * Hold Level 2 BSL qualification or above (essential)

* Are available to work full-time in the Walsall area
