Customer Service Operator (Lates/Nights/Remote)

Are you a Customer Service Operator or comfortable answering phones looking for a Remote role and happy working weekends with late/nights shifts, in a role that can free up your time in the week and give you the flexibility and autonomy to have a fully home based role?
Do you want to join a specialist company who through their different divisions offer services for the full project lifecycle from design, to instillations and servicing of Pump stations?
In this role you will receive full industry training and act as the first point of contact for out of hours escalations. You will be answering phone calls and escalating jobs where necessary to the relevant engineers, as well as keeping an eye on the system for emergencies that come in.
This role would suit someone comfortable speaking to customers over the phone that is happy to do industry training, and happy working remotely over weekends with late and night shifts.
