Job Description:
Job Title: Internal Sales Representative
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 basic plus 2k per year bonus
Monday - Friday - 830am-5pm
Location: High Wycombe
Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring efficient order processing to meet customer needs and company sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
*Generate and process customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
*Maintain and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
*Proactively offer alternatives or replacement products when required to meet customer demands.
Operational Support
*Collaborate with the external sales team to support customer accounts and drive sales initiatives.
*Provide office-based support to enhance the overall sales function of the branch.
Key Skills & Competencies
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and quotes.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support overall business goals.
