Job Description:
Commercial Property Solicitor
*Location: Kent region, Hybrid working
*Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
*Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and asset transfers for both freehold and leasehold properties.
*Provide advice on leases, agreements for lease, and landlord and tenant matters across various sectors such as logistics, light industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use.
*Handle property development, investment, and portfolio management work, offering clear, risk-based advice.
*Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and ancillary documents with meticulous attention to detail.
*Build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, developers, investors, and landlords.
*Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least three years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property.
*Strong technical skills across the full range of commercial real estate transactions.
*Excellent communication skills with a focus on client care and an organised, proactive approach.
*Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
*Commercial awareness with sound judgment and a solutions-focused mindset.
