About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to build a successful career in property.
As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for managing applicant enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities*Managing applicant enquiries and matching clients to suitable properties
*Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords
*Negotiating tenancy offers between landlords and prospective tenants
*Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Generating new lettings and sales instructions to support business growth
*Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
*Coordinating move-ins, including referencing and tenancy documentation
*Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
Skills & Experience*Strong communication skills with a professional and confident manner
*Ability to work proactively and manage a busy workload
*Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Previous lettings or property experience preferred but not essential
