Lettings Consultant / Property Manager - Lincoln
Salary: £25,000 + DOE
Hours:
*Monday–Friday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
*Saturdays: 8:45am – 4:00pm (typically working 1 in 3, or as agreed)
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused Lettings Consultant / Property Manager to join our team. This is a start-to-finish role where you’ll be the main point of contact for tenants throughout their entire journey — from initial enquiry and viewings to move-in, tenancy management, and move-out.

Key Responsibilities


*Act as the main point of contact for tenants throughout their tenancy.
*Manage maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and landlords.
*Carry out routine property inspections and follow up on required actions.
*Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety standards.
*Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and end-of-tenancy processes.
*Conduct check-outs and manage deposit returns in line with regulations.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in lettings or property management preferred.
*Strong communication and customer-service skills.
*Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload.
*Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
*Good knowledge of lettings legislation (or willingness to learn).
*Full UK driving licence preferred.
