About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of residential properties, with a strong focus on property inspections, tenant check-ins, and check-outs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and takes pride in maintaining high standards across all managed properties.


Key Responsibilities
*Conduct thorough property inspections, documenting condition, maintenance needs, and compliance issues.
*Manage tenant check-ins, ensuring a smooth and professional move-in experience.
*Oversee tenant check-outs, including inventory checks, damage assessments, and deposit-related reporting.
*Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and property access.
*Maintain accurate records, inspection reports, and property documentation.
*Ensure all properties meet legal, safety, and compliance standards.
*Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for tenant queries related to move-ins and move-outs.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in property management, lettings, or a similar role (preferred but not essential depending on experience).
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
*Confidence using property management software and digital reporting tools.
*Full UK driving licence (if required for property visits).
