Job Description:
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant to join a successful and growing HR consultancy based in Mayfair. This client-facing role supports a varied portfolio of clients within the Financial Services sector. The role suits a commercially aware HR generalist with previous experience of working as a consultant or standalone HR Manager is essential
Please note: This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two from home.
Key Responsibilities
*Auditing and reviewing HR functions for new and existing clients
*Updating and implementing HR documentation, policies and procedures
*Acting as an outsourced HR function, including HR administration, benefits and onboarding
*Implementing and maintaining HR systems
*Managing HR projects including grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE and redundancies
*Drafting contracts of employment and amending settlement agreements
To Be Successful, you will have:
*Proven experience in an HR consultancy role (essential)
*CIPD Level 5/7 qualification (essential)
*The ability to produce high-quality written and verbal HR advice
*A proactive approach and commitment to staying up to date with employment legislation and HR thought leadership
