Job Description:
About the role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office administration amongst other general duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*Filing documents
*Contacting local supplies
*Ensure work areas are maintained.
*Customer enquiries
*Mail sorting
*Switchboard operation and diverting calls to relevant departments.
*Issuing office badges and passes.
*Liaising with maintenance for any issues within the building
*General administration duties
*Supporting the Hospitality team with event planning and running of events
Personal attributes
*A keen eye for detail.
*Excellent communication skills both over the telephone, via skype/teams calls and face to face.
*A high level of organisation
*Exemplary customer service skills
*Ability to work on your own but also as part of a team.
