Risk Analyst

Oliver James are seeking a Risk Analyst to join a long- standing and highly successful London Market insurer in the City. This is an incredible opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated risk team. You will be joining a Global Insurer, where you will have access to strong progression plans and training. This role is hybrid, 3 days per week in the office.
Main Responsibilities:
*Supporting the Risk Management function with maintaining the risk registers.
*Providing 2nd line oversight to support the wider team.
*Supporting with the ORSA process and reporting.
*Perform quarterly control validation.
*Assist with route cause analysis.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
*Liaise with colleagues and senior stakeholders across risk functions.
*Ensure all data is up to data and logged accurately.
*Provide training to stakeholders.
Key Skills:
*Experience working within insurance and risk management is essential.
*Experience using Risk Management systems - preferably GRC tool experience.
*Able to prioritise.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
