Job Description:
Academics are proud to be working alongside a warm, inclusive, and well-regarded primary school in Fulham, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from January. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners at a crucial stage of their development, helping them build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Location: Primary School, Fulham
Start Date: January / February 2026 start
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £95-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities: * Provide tailored classroom support to pupils and teachers within the Early Years setting
* Support children with their learning, development, and emotional well-being
* Promote inclusive learning and positive behaviour strategies
* Assist with both classroom-based and wider school activities
* Help create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment
* Work collaboratively with teachers to support pupil progress
What We’re Looking For: * Experience supporting children within a school or similar educational setting
* A committed Learning Support Assistant with a genuine passion for Early Years education
* Graduates with a proactive and positive approach are encouraged to apply
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
