Year 3 Teacher - Bicester, Oxfordshire
Pay Scale: M1 - UPS3
Start Date: Easter 2026
A well-established and community-focused primary school in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their Lower Key Stage 2 team from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2, building confidence, independence, and strong core learning skills.
The school is recognised for its positive ethos, supportive staff, and commitment to inclusion. They are looking for a teacher who brings energy, high expectations, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
*Creating a positive, engaging, and well-structured learning environment
*Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality Lower KS2 curriculum
*Supporting pupils’ academic progress alongside their social and emotional development
*Contributing positively to the inclusive and supportive culture of the school
Applicants should have experience teaching within a primary setting. Previous KS1 or Lower KS2 experience is desirable but not essential.
