?? About the RoleA supportive and inclusive school in Batley is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who have complex needs, including SEN and SEMH. This is a full-time, long-term position, offering consistency and the chance to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
*Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of complex needs
*Assisting with behaviour regulation, emotional support and personalised learning plans
*Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
*Helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment
*Encouraging independence, confidence and positive social skills
�? What We’re Looking ForTo be considered, you must have:
*Recent experience (within the last 2 years) working in a UK school
*Proven experience supporting children with SEN and SEMH needs
*Availability to work 5 days per week
*A patient, resilient and proactive approach
*Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive
