Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a senior role? Our client, a respected independent agency, is expanding and opening a new Huddersfield office — and they’re looking for a driven Lettings Advisor to join their friendly team.
The Role:*Generate and attend viewings and valuations
*Register tenants and manage applicant relationships
*Provide regular feedback to landlords
*Handle general lettings enquiries
*Work towards individual targets in a performance-driven environment
*Take responsibility for most property management duties
*Identify and secure new landlord opportunities( very important)
About You:*Minimum 2 years’ lettings experience
*Proven success in a target-focused role
*Confident, professional, and able to build rapport quickly
*Strong commercial awareness with the ability to spot new business opportunities
*Energetic, tenacious, and results-driven
*Own car required for appointments
