Do you have experience working in education and want to take the next step in supporting young people? Tradewind Education is recruiting passionate, skilled individuals from a range of education backgrounds to deliver personalised, structured tuition to learners who benefit from focused support outside the mainstream classroom.
Whether you’re a teaching assistant, learning mentor, unqualified teacher, youth worker, SEN specialist or have experience supporting young people in another educational setting-your skills can make a life-changing difference.
What You’ll Do
*Deliver 1:1 tuition tailored to each learner’s needs
*Create engaging, supportive lessons that help students overcome barriers
*Work with young people who may have gaps in learning or disrupted education
*Encourage confidence, independence and academic progress
*Based in schools, community centres and libraries in Rochdale ( no home tuition - safe working environment)
We’re Looking For People With:
*Experience in education or supporting young people (any setting welcomed)
*A strong understanding of how to adapt learning to different abilities
*Patience, empathy and a nurturing approach
*Good communication and organisational skills
*A genuine desire to help learners thrive through personalised support
