A well-established and fast-growing estate agency, currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Negotiator / Valuer to join their expanding team in Gateshead.

The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Conducting accurate and confident property valuations
*Negotiating sales and progressing deals to completion
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and buyers
*Working to and exceeding performance targets
*Adapting quickly to change in a fast-paced, evolving environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Proven experience as an estate agent, ideally in a Senior Negotiator or Valuer role
*A strong track record in winning instructions and closing deals
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*High levels of self-motivation and a proactive, can-do attitude
