SEN Support Staff - Walmer
We are currently recruiting SEN Support Staff to join a friendly and supportive specialist SEN school in Walmer, catering for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
This is a highly rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with complex and additional needs in a structured, nurturing environment.
The Role As part of the SEN Support team, you will:
* Support pupils with ASC, MLD and PMLD, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Assist with personalised learning activities and sensory-based interventions
* Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and independence
* Help maintain a safe, calm and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
* Support pupils with daily routines and personal care where required (training provided)
** Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
** £90 - £100 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only
** You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship
** On site parking included
** SEN Teaching Assistant - experienced OR aspiring
