We offer a fulfilling and exciting role as a Learning Support Assistant in a well-respected primary school located in Frome. Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will encompass individual on-to-one support as well as guiding small group learning and activities.
*Learning Support Assistant

*Primary Mainstream School
*£80 - £95 per day
*Full-Time (8:30am-3:30pm)
Learning Support Assistant Requirements:
*Empathetic and skilled in building meaningful relationships with children
*Ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each child
*Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals
*Ensure accurate implementation of personalized educational plans
*Create and adapt support materials to facilitate success in a mainstream classroom environment
*Foster an engaging and stimulating classroom learning experience
