Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
*Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
*Supervise the completion of work set by their subject teacher
*Be a positive influence and develop a good rapport with students
*Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health a safety of students in the classroom
The ideal candidate
*Previous experience working in a school setting or with children in and educational capacity
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Well organised with good attention to detail
*Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
