About the Role:
We are seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who are enthusiastic about making a real difference in the classroom. You’ll work closely with teachers and SENDCOs to support pupils with a range of needs, including:
*Autism (ASD)
*Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
*Speech and Language difficulties
*Learning difficulties
*Behavioural needs

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs
*Assist the class teacher in delivering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
*Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
*Support pupils’ academic and personal development
*Adapt resources and teaching strategies to meet individual needs
Requirements:
*Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or SEND setting
*A genuine passion for supporting learners of all abilities
*Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills
*A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply through us)
*Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
