Teaching Assistant - Your Role in The Classroom: *Support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils
*Implement agreed work programs with individuals and groups of children
*Promote a positive ’can do’ classroom, encouraging independence, confidence, self belief and kindness
Role Requirements:
*A genuine interest in helping children engage, learn and achieve their full potential
*Adaptable, approachable and reliable
*A sense of humour - laughter makes any situation better!
*Previous UK experience of working (paid or voluntary) with children. We’re happy to discuss your individual aspirations
