Job Description:
Hourly Rate:£13.47 per hour
Contract: Temporary until end of July
Hours: 15 hours per week.
Job Purpose
Our client is seeking an Administrator to provide administrative support to the Business Support Team. This temporary role will help ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of data within their system, while supporting the delivery of high standards of customer service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
* Assist with database housekeeping activities, including reviewing duplicate parent and student records, identifying pupils registered but not attending, checking for double charges and ensuring pupils are enrolled on the correct activities
* Support data audit, validation and query-resolution activities by reviewing database records for completeness and accuracy, identifying incorrect or duplicate entries and assisting in resolving queries
* Carry out data-cleansing activities relating to schools, pupils, parents, teachers and musical instruments
* Assist with issuing musical instruments on loan to students and ensure all relevant loan documentation is issued in a timely manner
* Support the Resource Manager with logging instruments and completing additional administrative tasks as directed
* Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager and Hub Data Analyst in relation to engagement data reporting
* Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders via email, telephone and other appropriate communication channels
* Ensure agreed processes are followed and support the identification of potential service and process improvements
* Provide support with other associated administrative duties as directed
