Art / Design & Technology Technician
Full-Time | 5 Days per Week
Secondary Schools across Lewisham
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Art / Design & Technology Technician to join a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Lewisham on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting creative subjects and enjoys working in a dynamic school environment. You will play a vital role in enabling high-quality teaching and learning across Art and DT departments.
The Role As an Art / DT Technician, you will:
* Prepare, maintain, and organise materials, tools, and equipment for lessons
* Support teachers during practical sessions to ensure smooth and safe delivery
* Maintain workshops and classrooms, ensuring health and safety standards are met
* Assist with displays, exhibitions, and departmental projects
* Manage stock, ordering, and general technical support for the department
