The Role As a Primary Supply Teacher working with Tradewind Recruitment, you will:
* Teach engaging, pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 during staff absences
* Maintain positive behaviour management and create a safe, inclusive learning environment
* Quickly adapt to different school settings, routines and expectations
* Supervise pupils effectively and provide feedback where required
