Academics are actively recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a wide range of primary schools in Berkhamsted. As a leading education recruitment agency in the area, we are experiencing high demand for both daily supply and short-term cover, and we are keen to hear from experienced Teaching Assistants as well as those new to the education sector.

The Role:
*Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
*Working in mainstream classroom settings
*Providing 1:1 support, including support for pupils with additional needs (SEN)
*Assisting the class teacher with learning activities, behaviour management and pupil engagement
*Adapting to different school environments on a daily or short-term basis
We’re Looking For:
*Teaching Assistants with previous school-based experience, or
*Individuals new to education who are enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A flexible and positive approach to supply work
