Job Description:
Property Sales Progressor - Reading
*Monday to Friday
*NO WEEKENDS
*9am - 5.30pm
*Up to £32,000 basic
*PLUS Commission
Our client, an award-winning independent estate agency, is looking to appoint a highly organised and personable Sales Progressor to join its high-performing team in Reading.
You will be responsible for managing property sales from offer agreed through to exchange and completion, ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient, and proactive experience throughout.
The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:
*Basic salary of up to £32,000
*Work in a high-performance team environment with dedicated admin and operational support
*Career progression
*No weekend work!
The successful Sales Progressor will have:
*Previous experience progressing residential property sales
*A strong grasp of the conveyancing process and confidence handling varied sale types
*Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*A personable, calm, and reassuring manner when dealing with clients and stakeholders
