Rapport Home Furnishings Ltd is an establised and growing UK homewares brand supplying major retailers and online platforms. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented graduate to support our office-based operations, supply chain administration, e-commerce dispatch and customer service functions.
This is a hands-on on-site role combining office administration, order fulfilment coordination, quality control and customer communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesStock & Supply Chain
*Monitoring stock availability, shortages and replenishment requirements
*Forward stock planning and monthly supply chain forecasting
*Preparing operational performance and stock KPI reports
E-commerce Customer Service
*Respond to customer service queries professionally and efficiently
*Handle order, delivery and return enquiries
*Process and manage customer returns in line with company procedures
Order Fulfilment & Quality Control
*Daily processing of e-commerce orders
*Support continuous improvement of fulfilment processes including quality control
Warehouse & Administrative Support
*Assist with stock organisation and basic inventory control
*Provide general administrative and operational support as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
*Enthusiasm and passion to learn new skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong written communication and analytical skills
*Confident using email, MS Excel and computer systems
*Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
*Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
*Willing to work fully on-site in a mixed office / warehouse environment
*Comfortable with task prioritisation and multiple reporting lines
Desirable
*Experience in e-commerce, operations, retail or customer service
*Familiarity with order management and/or stock management systems
*Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, etc) to analyse data
*Graduate (any discipline)

*£26’000 – £28,000 salary depending on experience
