Job Description:
Digital Designer
*Location: West Swindon, Wiltshire
*Salary: £35k - £38k
*Job Type: Full-time, permanent, office based
REED Marketing & Creative are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly expanding furniture retailer, who are currently on the hunt for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer. The business are dedicated to helping people create their dream homes through high-quality, stylish furniture. Their team is crucial to their success, and they are seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual to help propel our brand to new heights.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Design and produce high-quality digital assets for social media, websites, emails, and paid advertising campaigns.
*Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
*Create engaging short-form video content, including editing, motion graphics, and animation.
*Adapt and optimise content for various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
*Collaborate with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive and effective digital campaigns.
*Ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a digital and/or social media designer.
*A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing for social-first creative, campaigns, and video content.
*Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
*Competence in using Figma for design tasks would be advantageous
*Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and AI tools.
*Good understanding of current social media trends, formats, and best practices.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
*Experience with content scheduling or social media management tools is preferred.
