Employment Solicitor
Experience: 3 + PQE
Location: Birmingham
Salary: DOE

I’m looking to speak with an Employment Solicitor who is looking for the next step in their career to join a collaborative legal team focused on employment rights work.

The role involves:
*Managing a varied caseload of significant and complex employment law matters, exercising professional judgment to make day-to-day decisions that shape case outcomes
*Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including case management hearings
*Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment to deliver high-quality legal services
*Advocating for the organisation’s approach and contributing to the development of the team’s expertise
The successful candidate will have:
*Post-qualification experience in employment law, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and tribunal processes
*Proven experience managing cases from start to finish
*Advocacy experience in Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal proceedings
*Excellent communication skills and leadership capability
*The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
*A genuine passion for employment law and commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for clients
