Sales Executive – Person SpecificationExperience
*Previous sales experience in a customer-facing environment (automotive, motorcycle, retail, or hospitality advantageous)
*Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
*Experience handling objections and closing sales
*Finance & insurance sales exposure desirable but not essential
Skills & Competencies
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident, professional, and persuasive sales approach
*Excellent negotiation and closing skills
*Customer-focused with a consultative selling style
*Strong organisational and time-management abilities
*Commercial awareness and profit-driven mindset
*IT literate with experience using CRM / dealership systems
