Motorcycle Sales Executive – Job DescriptionOverview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a busy and successful motorcycle dealership. This role is ideal for someone passionate about motorcycles who thrives in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcome customers into the showroom and deliver an exceptional buying experience
*Identify customer needs and recommend suitable new and used motorcycles
*Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to handover
*Arrange and conduct test rides in line with dealership policies
*Promote and sell finance, insurance, warranties, and service plans
*Upsell accessories, clothing, and protection products
*Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
*Maintain strong product knowledge across the motorcycle range
*Achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets
*Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience Required
*Proven sales experience (motorcycle or automotive preferred)
*Strong negotiation and closing skills
*Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle lifestyle
*Confident, professional, and personable communication style
*Ability to work weekends and peak trading periods
*Strong organisational and IT skills
*Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence preferred but not essential)
